All items are shipped from our warehouses around the world. Some items are shipped from Asia.
Please allow 1-4 business days processing time for the items to be shipped out from our warehouse after your order.
Shipping time to specific countries varies by location. These are our estimates:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and have begun processing it. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our warehouses to make ready the item for immediate shipment.
If your order is available and ready for shipment we will ship within 1 to 4 business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at [email protected]
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to [email protected] along with the order information as explained in our return policy and we will get back to you.
Cancellations & Refunds:
All orders can be canceled if communicated to us on time. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started after 12 hours, it can no longer be canceled. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
Please take note that sometimes international deliveries can take longer than planned due to circumstances beyond our control, do remember you can track your order from our tracking page or by using the track button on my account page which is displayed upon login.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
Pet Trained is committed to your satisfaction. We want you to be happy with your purchases.
If you are not completely satisfied with your pettrained.com purchase, we will offer you a full refund within 30 days of purchasing your item.
Please note that custom and personalized products are made to your specifications, therefore they are not returnable. Also, note that sales, giveaways, and clearance items cannot be returned to us. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. For inquiries on returns, please email [email protected]
HOW TO RETURN
For your product to be accepted as a return you need to email us your request within 30 days of purchase.
For faster processing, the email should include your name, order number, specific product name, product code, and reason for the return. In the case of damaged items be sure to attach photos of the damaged items. We will review your email and respond with full details on how to post the item to us. Please note you need to include your proof of purchase when sending the item.
Please note we do not issue refunds based on shipping delays as they are not within our control. Be sure to check estimated shipping times before you place your order.
We are committed to your product satisfaction. However, at this time, we currently do not offer product exchanges. Please return your product instead within 30 days of purchasing your item and re-order the replacement.
Returns are processed within 5-10 business days of receipt of your item and the credit will be applied to your original payment method. You will be able to view the credit on your next statement. Please note this depends on your issuing bank and billing cycle. Also, we do not refund shipping charges.
Finally, these are standard time frames, during peak periods/seasons, please allow us up to fifteen (15) business days to process your return.
If you believe you have a defective product, we apologize for this. We would like to help you as soon as possible. Please contact us using the procedure mentioned above and follow the steps above to return the item to us.
Also, note that shipping costs can’t be refunded if there are other items listed on the original invoice that you aren’t returning.
CONDITION OF RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with all original tags/labels attached. Due to hygiene standards, close contact items such as underwear, earrings, and cosmetics cannot be returned or exchanged.
COST OF RETURNS
You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us. If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges) will be refunded to you using the original payment method, once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets conditions above, so please try to send the item to us in due time.
We cannot assume responsibility for lost shipments, please retain your return tracking # for your reference. More details specific to your order will be provided when you email us your request for a return.
