At Pet Trained, we are dedicated to providing high-quality products for your pets. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our return policy below.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, the order may have already been processed and shipped, and we may not be able to cancel it.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Time Frame: You can return any product within 10 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them. Products that have been used, damaged, or altered are not eligible for a return.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please email us at admin@pettrained.com within 10 days of receiving your item. Include your order number, product name, and reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
  4. Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed as quickly as possible, typically within 7-10 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired product.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are not returnable:

  • Items such as underwear, swimwear, and pierced jewelry with broken seals
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Opened or used body and face products

Late or Missing Refunds

  • Processing Time: If you haven’t received a refund within the expected time frame, check with your bank or credit card company.
