Do you ship worldwide?

Sorry no. We ship within the United States only.

How long does shipping take?

These are our estimates:

United States 3-5 Business days 

*This doesn’t include our 1 to 2 days processing time. 

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships containing your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking information within 4 days, you can contact us.

How do I request a return or refund?

We are committed to customer satisfaction. Please view our Returns and Refunds Policy for our return policy.

How do I cancel an order?

All orders can be canceled if communicated to us on time. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 5 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 1-2 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 4 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, even though we try to ship in one package wherever possible, items in the same purchase may sometimes be sent in separate packages.
