Shipping and Delivery Information

All items are shipped from our warehouses around the world. Some items are shipped from Asia.

Please allow 1-4 business days processing time for the items to be shipped out from our warehouse after your order.

Once items are shipped, it will arrive at your address in 7-25 business days.

Including the processing time, you would receive the item within 8 – 27 business days in most countries.

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and have begun processing it. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our warehouses to make ready the item for immediate shipment.

Order Shipment:

If your order is available and ready for shipment we will ship within 1 to 4 business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at admin@pettrained.com.

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to admin@pettrained.com along with the order information as explained in our return policy and we will get back to you.

Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders canceled after 24 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

International deliveries

Please take note that sometimes international deliveries can take longer than planned due to circumstances beyond our control, do remember you can track your order from our tracking page or by using the track button on my account page which is displayed upon login.

However, if you do not receive your order within 30 days, feel free to contact our dedicated support team.
